This course has focused on the four elements of the POLC model: Plan, Organize, Lead, and Control. Review the readings for this week, as well as the materials we have covered in this course.
You are the owner and CEO of a brand new Internet service provider, known as the Just Web Internet Company.
For this assignment, you are to create a Policy Manual for new managers. This manual should provide guidance to the new incoming managers, as they set up their respective departments. This manual should clearly lay out the expectations that you, as the owner and CEO of this company, expect from each incoming manager. Below is the breakdown on the five sections that must be addressed:
Section 1 of this manual should include a three-paragraph discussion of the external environment that this Internet access company will operate in. Think about the options the consumers currently have available to them in terms of Internet access, as you prepare your response for this section.
Section 2 will be three full paragraphs in length, and will outline the key points we have discussed related to Planning for this new company.
Section 3 will be three full paragraphs in length, and will outline the key points we have discussed related to Organizing for this new company.
Section 4 will be three full paragraphs in length, and will outline the key points we have discussed related to Leadership for this new company.
Section 5 will be three full paragraphs in length, and will outline the key points we have discussed related to Control for this new company.
Make sure your Policy Manual is relevant to an Internet company (i.e., speed to market, technical savvy, collaborative environment, etc.). Remember to use the Library or other Web resources to support your argument. Be sure to cite your sources using the correct standard of APA.
I don’t need anyone to do the entire assignment for me. I just need a little help! I’m tired and ready for this class to be over!! If you could just provide me with some key points i may be able to go from there! Thanks for any help you can give me on this.

AIU Business Management and Leadership I am having a hard time getting this assignment down on paper. I know what I want to say but can’t put it ito worlds. Do you have a copy of a similar manual? If so use it as a guide. Go back to the previous assignments and use those as a guide aswell. Hopefully this helps you a little.

Write an outline for a presentation on the benefits of distance learning from a student’s perspective. The audience will be students and teachers with very little computer experience and may be somewhat fearful of the idea. Make sure to tailor the presentation outline with this audience in mind.
This outline should be at least one page long. You can use a traditional outline (Roman Numerals, followed by alphabetical letters and then regular numbers). Remember this is an outline and should not include sentences or essays. At the end of the outline include 2-3 paragraphs which detail the rationale for the structure of your outline.
Use the Library to find information to help you support your argument. Be sure to use APA formatting to cite your sources in the text of your writing and to develop your References list.

I have to do a paper for sociology. I have not learned APA or MLA yet, which is easier? Is there an easy way to explain the writing technique to me?

Whichever one you choose, you will need to get a manual in order to follow the style correctly. There are different requirements for fonts, spacing, margins, etc. for each. There is also a difference in citing references. In order to be completely compliant, a manual is a necessity. Personally, I have only used APA style, not MLA. I don’t think either one is necessarily easier, its more a matter of what your course or professor requires and what you are more comfortable with. You can purchase a manual on Amazon pretty cheap, or find one at the library or your local bookstore. Good luck!
